Khot_Sketching_Days
Buongiorno!
Yesterday was just THE BEST day of ma life! I got a chance to participate in the amazing "Khot Sketching Days" with Katya Khot! If any of you don't know who she is, then here we go: Katya Khot (@katya_khot) is an amazing artist with great skills
Check her out on instagram. Now, yesterday she held a tutorial class in my city, and luckly I got a chance to participate. There were two classes: body proportions in the morning and facial proportions in the evening. I chose the latter one, for I am kinda trying to be a portret artist. Many of the participants stayed for two classes and ended up with two drawings, here are some of the drawings that were made by other girls who came:
The course started with a basic introduction of which markers we were to use: first we need a base color (skin) , then shadow color (brownish) and lastly we need a blush color (pinkish). Once we had those ready, we, welcome capitain obvious, needed a paper. Katya started with explaining the basics of the face and the proportions.
Many of the girls were drawing themselves, but I just wanted to have a successful drawing.
All over the table were scatered Katya's masterpieces and markers (Zig, Promarkers, Tria) #goals Here are some of her works:
I am absolutely in love with her art!
Thank you @Katya_Khot for this amazing experience, I suggest y'all to try this and participate in her tutorial classes! This is what I drew:

DRAWING A DREAM LIKE A LONDON QUEEN
Many people tell me that they cannot draw, that they could never do that and so on. Well, I used to say the same thing until I actually taught myself to draw. "But you could never do it, it isn't possible" many would say.
Dear world, everything is possible. Even the word itself (impossible) says, "I'm Possible"
Just conquer that border of "never being able to" and start over. Teach yourself. There is always room for learning. Watch videos, read blogs and talk to experienced people in order to find out how, when and what.
Everyone has it in them. They just have to pull it out and let it loose.
If you really want to pull your inner artist out, but for various reasons you cannot, I have another suggestion for you. Create your own style, don't copy others because we are all unique. Others might be spectacular in their own way, but that is not the reason to copy. You should be spectacular in your own way. Create a special style or technique of drawing (or stenciling), make it appealing to the eye. People will like it, and they will consider you a fantastic artist.
You just have to create something of your own. Experiment with colors techniques, materials, and you will find something that suits you. You don't know what you can do, unless you try.
